About Brad Roberts

Brad Roberts is a Sun certified senior software engineer with a unique combination of high-end technical skills and diverse business skills. He has over 15 years of technical experience in designing, developing and maintaining complex enterprise systems. Complimenting his top-tier technical skills are solid team management, business development, and leadership skills.
Brad is a graduate of the U. S. Coast Guard Academy in New London, CT, with a degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering. His background and training as a military officer has instilled solid organizational, managerial, and problem solving skills. Brad has been able to leverage this unique background to drive projects to completion – both as a solid technical resource and as a competent team leader.
Since leaving the military in 1996, Brad has worked successfully as an IT professional on projects for startups, midsize companies and fortune 500 companies. He has successfully performed in various roles, such as business analyst, programmer, Web developer, designer/architect, project manager, technical sales representative, and product launch coordinator.
In the IT world, there are few resources with the ability to successfully straddle the technical and business worlds. Brad’s business and marketing sense, combined with his deep technical skills make him a valuable component of any successful IT project team.

Patricia Eilers has over 20 years of hands-on design & development experience in information technology. Combined with several years of software consulting and director-level Fortune 500 management, she offers proven practices and reliable insights to assist your organization.
With a B.S. in Industrial Technology, an Executive M.B.A., and formal Six Sigma training and experience, Patricia specializes in helping organizations make improvements in their business processes to efficiently achieve desired results. She has direct experience designing and implementing business process automation using common software integration technology and can assist your IT staff with this task.
With nearly 20 years of working in various capacities for corporations such as Integrated Device Technology, Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, Kaiser Permanente, Pacific Bell (now Southwestern Bell), Forte Software and Sun Microsystems, Patricia possesses a unique talent for bridging the gap between business and technical.
